What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Interac EMT (Interac Email Money Transfer), Direct Deposit at your local CIBC branch, Money Orders & Certified Cheques. Direct Deposit, Money Orders, Certified Cheques and EMT instructions details will be emailed to you after the order is placed based on your payment selection.
(Sorry, I don’t Accept Credit Cards or Paypal payments at this time.)
What information does Budget Shooter Supply require for purchase of product?
A Valid PAL # & Birthdate in your Account information or a Scan of Gov’t issued ID is required for purchase of all Ammunition & Smokeless Powder.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most stocked items ship within 2 business days of processing your order and depending on your location most items should be received within 2-5 business days from time of shipping. Orders are normally processed within 2 business days from the time of ordering, although we are always working on shortening that time delay.
Do you take phone orders?
We ask that you please make your orders through the website as it helps keep our inventory controlled, and shortens the amount of time spent processing Online Orders . However if you are having any troubles or have the inability to order online we welcome your call at 1-778-858-3669 between the hours of 12:00 noon & 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling charges are based on contents, weight, carrier and location. You can get a shipping rate by placing an Order Online & clicking on the Canpar or Canada Post icon on the Shipping Page.
Does my package need to have a signature?
Our default courier is either Canpar or Canada Post unless otherwise requested in the order notes or per the above. Signature is always required as a blanket policy because so many orders include Smokeless Powder or Primers, and we had too many issues and complaints of the delivery being left at the front door without signature; for some people this is OK but for most, we found, it is NOT, and it was one way or the other with the couriers, so we chose to create the blanket policy of ALL packages requiring signature.
Can I add to an order once it’s been submitted?
Up until your order is completed you can log in and edit your order as long as you have an account on our site. If you are having troubles please email me and ask to make any changes to your order.
Does Budget Shooter Supply provide any kind of warranty?
Unfortunately all warranties must be dealt with directly with the product manufacturer.
